No Cross No Crown decal

$5.00

Pulled from an 1898 sermon by Thomas Spurgeon that he gave at the Stockwell Orphange (which C.H. Spurgeon started and maintained his entire life), this decal displays a fitting motto for the Christian life.

Thomas was one of two sons of Charles Spurgeon. He not only filled in for his father throughout his bouts of illness, but Thomas ultimately took over the pastorate at the Metropolitan Tabernacle in London several years after his father’s death.

The sticker displays: “No Cross, No Crown; No Pain, No Palm; No Thorn, No Throne”

The last words of this sermon were: “Sowing gives place to singing; weeping is but the prelude of reaping, wherefore labour on, labour on, until the Master comes.”
